Solar panels are a significant (but rewarding) investment and we work hard to help you make the best decision possible. Our staff are extensively trained and with you on every step of the way. For more information, see our maximum solar photovoltaic panels prices and find out the benefits of buying with Solar-Help.

Solar-Help has a clearly defined buying process and each step is designed to help you get the best deal possible:

  • Step 1: We call you to discuss your requirements. Our staff can answer any questions you have and get an idea of your property, requirements and budget. We can go through the maximum solar photovoltaic panels prices we’ve set and send you a handy guide to solar panels to help you understand the technology and finance issues.
  • Step 2: Within 7-10 days we send you a proposal with recommendations on the options available and the type and size of the proposed installation based on what you’ve told us. This will come with an estimated quote to give you an idea of the solar panel installation cost.
  • Step 3: Once you’ve had time to review the proposal, we call you to answer your questions and check you still want to go ahead. If you are happy with your proposal, we then arrange for a trained surveyor to visit your home to provide you with a more accurate quote. This is to check that the proposed installation is appropriate on your home and to provide you with a more accurate estimate of the solar panel installation cost.
  • Step 4: Once you have had your survey and are happy with the quoted solar panel installation cost, it’s time to sign the contract. Don’t worry, if you change your mind there’s a 7 day cooling off period.
  • Step 5: You’ll then need to pay a deposit of 25-30% to cover the initial cost of equipment – don’t worry, this is insured under the REA scheme.
  • Step 6: You’ll then be visited by a qualified electrician who will answer any final questions you may have and make arrangements for the installation to begin.
  • Step  7: Work begins on your solar panel installation. Our team will continue to support you and help with any issues that arise.
